Peachtree Hotel Penrith, part of Marlow Hotel Group, is seeking a full-time Chef to join our kitchen team in Penrith, NSW. You will prepare and deliver high-quality meals across our diverse menu and work closely with the team to develop new dishes.

The role requires passion for cooking, strong culinary skills, and adherence to food safety. Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to support our seven-day operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes from our diverse menu.
• Ensuring all meals are cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with stock management and ordering of necessary supplies.
• Looking after the kitchen when the head chef is off.
