Job summary

Premier Hotel Broadmeadow NSW is seeking casual Chefs to support our Head Chef in delivering quality pub food in a busy kitchen, with 20 to 38 hours per week.

Be part of the opening team as the venue undergoes renovation and a brand new kitchen opens. You will work nights and weekends, with full penalty rates for weekends and public holidays.

The role offers regular shifts and a pathway to growth within the expanding group, supported by a strong kitchen leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen across sections such as Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and kitchen team in delivering quality pub food in a busy kitchen.
• Be part of an opening team for a brand new kitchen during renovation.
• Work nights and weekends with regular casual shifts and penalties for weekends/public holidays.
