Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with cost control and financial management.
• Deep knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR and GOP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments.
• Drive revenue performance by working closely with Revenue Management to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Take ownership of hotel cost control, labour management and departmental expenses to achieve budgeted profitability.
• Analyse financial performance, identify opportunities and implement initiatives that improve the hotel's bottom line.
• Foster a hands-on culture where collaboration, accountability and guest satisfaction are at the centre of everything we do.
• Ensure exceptional guest engagement and actively resolve guest feedback to continually improve satisfaction scores.
• Maintain Wyndham brand standards, compliance, safety and operational excellence.
• Act as the General Manager's second-in-charge and confidently oversee the hotel in their absence.
