Job summary

Accor, owner of The Adnate Perth – Art Series, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive profitable performance at the property in Perth. You will guide departments, manage stakeholders, and lead a culture of excellence across revenue, guest services, and facilities.

You will champion financial targets, develop your team, and build strong relationships with owners and community partners, while representing Accor’s values and all HEARTist & ALL loyalty benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior Hotel or General Manager experience across departments.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and cost control.
• Understanding of hospitality metrics and top-line growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the property with revenue management and target attainment.
• Lead and develop the team to ensure profitability and success.
• Drive changes and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with owners, guests and shared services.
• Maintain service standards while maximising revenue and controlling costs.
• Represent Accor and foster community engagement locally.
