TFE Hotels is seeking a passionate General Manager for a flagship full-service hotel at Darling Harbour. You will lead a high-performing team across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Guest Services, ensuring seamless guest experiences and strong commercial performance.

Lead the growth of Shoreline Kitchen as a destination venue with fresh thinking and commercial acumen, while driving budget planning and strategic direction in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full-service hotel (114+ keys).
• Strong Food & Beverage leadership across restaurants, bars and events in premium hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end hotel operations delivering guest experiences and performance.
• Develop high performing teams with authentic leadership.
• Grow Shoreline Kitchen through activations and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and strategic planning.
