Job summary

TFE Hotels Group is reopening Shoreline Kitchen at Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, seeking a Foods & Beverage Supervisor to lead the on-floor team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure service excellence, hands-on leadership, and ongoing team development in a fast-paced, vibrant hotel setting on Sydney's waterfront.

Qualifications

• Seasoned hospitality professional with an eye for guest experience.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced Food & Beverage team with calm under pressure.
• Strong standards of service, grooming, and teamwork.
• Experience using POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Greet, seat, and ensure timely, accurate service while handling guest feedback.
• Lead by example, provide on-the-job training, and assist with rostering and performance reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness, product knowledge, and awareness of menu trends and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across hotel departments and support events when required.
