Human Solutions Group in Sydney's premium dining scene seeks a General Manager to lead one of its flagship venues in Sydney CBD. You will champion five-star service, mentor a professional front-of-house team, and partner with the Head Chef and Sommelier to deliver an elevated guest experience.

In this role you will manage daily operations, financial performance, and compliance, while shaping wine and beverage programs and ensuring luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as General Manager or Senior Venue Manager in premium dining.
• 5-star service standards with luxury restaurant or hotel background.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Deep knowledge of premium wines, cocktails, and food pairings.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and cost control.
• Impeccable presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front-of-house team to deliver five-star guest experiences.
• Maintain premium service standards and guest engagement.
• Oversee daily operations with focus on service excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sommelier on beverage and culinary alignment.
• Uphold health, safety, licensing, and luxury dining standards.
