Lancemore Hotel Group in Victoria seeks a seasoned General Manager on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover to lead Cleveland Estate’s operations. You will drive performance across rooms, events, and F&B, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction while managing financial results.

You will inspire and develop the team, report on key metrics, and collaborate with corporate offices to optimise revenue and guest experiences in a regional setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and revenue optimisation skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Events and maintenance for excellence.
• Drive revenue, sales and marketing initiatives to maximise profitability and market share.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, cost control and labour efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams with succession planning.
• Build relationships with corporate stakeholders, suppliers and community partners.
