Nestled in the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Estate, part of the Lancemore Group, seeks a General Manager for a 14‑month fixed term maternity cover. Lead the hotel’s guest experience, revenue, events and F&B, with a focus on delivering brand standards and operational excellence.

The role requires senior leadership experience in hospitality, a strong financial mindset, and the ability to drive performance in a regional property while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing team culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and revenue focus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to adapt to regional property dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hotel operations across Rooms, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Events and Maintenance.
• Drive commercial performance with strategic revenue, sales and marketing.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting and cost-control measures.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams and culture.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
