EVT Connect Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hotel Duty Manager for Holiday Inn Express Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will lead the front-line team, work with the Hotel Manager, and deliver a superior guest experience while upholding brand and company standards.

You will be responsible for compliance and quality, including guest and staff satisfaction. The role requires proven hotel experience, leadership, effective communication, and flexibility to cover day and night shifts with required

Qualifications

• Must have previous accommodation hotel experience in a similar role.
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form.
• Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude.
• You're pre-equipped with sound judgement, even under pressure – you'll have a heap of responsibility right off the bat.
