Job summary

Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office and other departments to drive service excellence and develop a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a calm, proactive approach under pressure.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel while creating exceptional experiences for our guests. We're looking for a confident and approachable leader who is passionate about hospitality and people.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for guest service and team development.
• Experience working with hotel property management systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA Competency Card and First Aid Certificate.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
