Gracemere Hotel in Queensland is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations, uphold service standards and drive a high level of guest satisfaction.

You will lead a diverse team across shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, apply strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere.

As a Duty Manager of Gracemere Hotel known for its exceptional service, outstanding hospitality, and commitment to good times, you will assist the Venue Manager with the day to day operations of the business and ensure the smooth operation at all times. You will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. You will contribute to maintaining the high standards and fostering a positive atmosphere. You will be working a mix of Days, Nights, Weekend and Public Holidays.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction

Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and team members

Sound knowledge of Gaming, Keno, TAB and good computer skills
