Job summary

ibis Styles Sydney Central, part of the Accor network, is seeking a motivated Hotel All-Rounder. You will rotate across Front Office, Mee So and breakfast service, delivering memorable guest experiences with a proactive, friendly approach.

Based in Surry Hills, you’ll handle check-in/out, guest inquiries, and promote loyalty programs while working a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA Cloud is highly regarded.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and resolve guest concerns.
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through authentic service.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• A NSW RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
• Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Completing a variety of daily tasks across multiple departments, ensuring no two days are the same.
• Promoting hotel facilities and services, preparing coffees and beverages, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
• Assisting guests with our self-check-in kiosks and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrolments.
