Job summary

Kimpton in Adelaide is seeking a Specialist, IT Technical Support to keep hotel technology secure, reliable and performing at its best, directly supporting hotel operations, guest experience and colleague productivity.

You'll provide high‑quality onsite and remote support, manage networks, devices and hotel systems, strengthen cybersecurity and assist with system upgrades and openings, coordinating with hotel teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or infrastructure operations, ideally in hospitality or 24/7 environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management; strong networking knowledge.
• Experience with hotel technology such as PMS, POS, payments, revenue management, back-office and guest-facing systems.
• Strong cybersecurity understanding: updates, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, incident response.
• ITIL 4 Foundation and other certifications with ability to communicate with hotel teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality onsite and remote technology support across participating hotels, owning incidents from initial investigation to resolution.
• Manage and maintain hotel technology infrastructure: networks, devices, cloud services, critical systems.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience through updates, vulnerability remediation, and recovery activities.
• Use monitoring and automation to identify issues, improve service delivery and maintain documentation and asset information.
• Support technology projects, system upgrades, lifecycle planning and new hotel openings with teams, vendors and partners.
