Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a technology professional to provide high‑quality onsite and remote support across JAPAC hotels in Australia. You will manage incidents end‑to‑end, maintain networks and critical systems, and strengthen cybersecurity to protect guest experiences and operations.

You will work with hotel teams, regional technology colleagues and vendors to deliver reliable IT services, upgrades and new openings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management.
• Strong networks, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, secure remote connectivity and internet infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with hotel technology like PMS, POS, payments and back‑office systems.
• Solid cybersecurity understanding including vulnerability management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality onsite and remote technology support across participating hotels, managing incidents from investigation to resolution.
• Maintain hotel technology infrastructure including networks, devices, cloud services and critical systems.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and resilience through updates, vulnerability remediation and secure configurations.
• Use monitoring and analytics to identify issues, improve service delivery and document assets.
• Support technology projects, upgrades and openings, coordinating with hotel teams, regional tech colleagues, vendors and partners.
