Australian Hotel and Brewery in Baulkham Hills, NSW, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship venues. You will be responsible for overall performance, guest experience, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on financial results and team development.

As part of Momento Hospitality, you will drive growth, implement innovative improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team including Head Chef and duty managers.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large front and back-of-house teams.
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
