Assistant General Manager - Australian Hotel & Brewery

The Australian Hotel & Brewery is a cornerstone of the Rouse Hill community, offering a unique blend of modern amenities and traditional hospitality. Established with a passion for craft brewing, our on-site brewery is the heart of our venue, producing a range of award-winning beers that reflect the flavours of Australia. Located just 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD, we've become a favourite destination for locals and visitors alike.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Australian Hotel & Brewery, Rouse Hill, part of the Sonnel group, which has over 40 years' experience in the industry and owns and operates 20 venues throughout Sydney. About the Role

This is a full-time position for an Assistant General Manager where you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth service, team leadership and an unforgettable guest experience.
