Successful candidates will bring 1–2 years of venue management experience, be hands-on leaders, and possess RSA, RCG and ARCG cards, with a keen focus on safety, performance and guest

Qualifications

• Essential requirements: Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
• 1–2 years of management experience in a similar venue role.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
• Passion for hospitality and progression within the company.

Responsibilities

• Creating a culture where the team feel safe, valued and enjoy coming to work.
• Extensive knowledge of Gaming Operations.
• Working closely with senior management who share the same vision.
• Compliance, stock management, training and developing of the team.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue.
