RDJones Group’s Colonnades Tavern and The 5th Quarter are looking for a casual Duty Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and supporting a close-knit team.

You will demonstrate positive leadership, strong communication with customers, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience across bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop plus current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP badges are essential. Join a family-owned group focused on training and progression.

Qualifications

• Positive leadership and clear direction to staff.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to handle difficult or barred customers.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop.
• Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP badge essential.
• Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster.
