About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, support and lead staff, maintain compliance, and ensure every guest enjoys a great experience.

You'll be a hands-on leader who can confidently manage busy service periods while maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead staff across all areas of the venue

Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues

Monitor RSA compliance and patron behaviour

Handle cash, tills and shift reporting

Train and support team members

Maintain venue standards and safety

Assist with stock control and venue upkeep

Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
