Job summary

The Cove Tavern is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, including gaming.
• Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

• Handling guest feedback quickly and professionally
• Contributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost management

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
