Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing in hospitality.
• Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Numeracy skills and cash handling experience.
• Hospitality qualifications or RSA advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shifts.
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision and performance.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues.
• Monitor financial transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation.
