• Monitor stock and support inventory control.

• Assist with reservations, events and seating arrangements.
• Share operational updates and raise issues with senior management.

You'll help oversee daily venue operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Depending on the position, you'll lead shifts or support the broader management team, helping maintain high service standards and a positive, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confidence handling guest concerns and making sound decisions under pressure

• Knowledge of hospitality health, safety and liquor licensing requirements

• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality software

• Good organisation, numeracy and multitasking skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

• RSA certification; relevant hospitality qualifications or training are an advantage
