Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality role with strong hotel operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and friendly service to all customers.
• Oversee daily hotel operations across gaming room, buffet, sports bar, TAB and Bottleshop.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and identify improvement areas.
• Lead and motivate staff with training and development.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate maintenance where applicable.
• Contribute to development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and venue presentation.
• Follow Liquor, Gaming and health and safety requirements.
• Communicate operational issues and updates to Senior Management.
