MinterEllison Sydney is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our Corporate Services team. Deliver professional hospitality, support reception and café operations, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors.

In this role you will work across the Client Floor, events, and workplace services, assisting with AV setup, catering, stock control, and booking platforms. The right candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, client services, reception, or a customer-facing role.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly regarded.
• Reception experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hospitality and catering across Client Floor and meeting spaces.
• Create a welcoming and seamless experience for clients and visitors from arrival through departure.
• Provide Reception and Café support across front-of-house operations.
• Assist with meeting room technology and AV support as needed.
• Manage catering supplies, stock control, ordering and invoicing.
• Maintain operational procedures and rosters to support service consistency.
• Contribute to a flexible and team-focused culture across Corporate Services.
