Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or client services with service excellence.
• Polished, professional appearance and excellent communication.
• Ability to stay calm and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and assist across Corporate Services.
• Barista skills and reception experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality and catering services on the Client Floor and meeting spaces.
• Create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
• Provide Reception and Café support to ensure consistent service.
• Manage meeting room technology and AV support, assist users.
• Handle catering supplies, stock control, ordering, invoicing.
• Maintain procedures and rosters for service consistency.
• Support a flexible, collaborative team culture.
• Participate across Reception, Events, Hospitality, and Workplace Services.
