Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, corporate hospitality, or a client-facing role.
• Barista skills and coffee knowledge (desirable).
• Some experience with Microsoft products/AV/POS systems.
• RSA and Food Safety certification obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality for client meetings, events and functions, including after-hours support.
• Prepare and serve refreshments, including barista coffee and light food.
• Provide reception and switchboard coverage when required.
• Maintain client-facing areas to a high standard and support day-to-day office operations.
• Process administrative tasks, including stock management and invoice processing.
• Set up meeting rooms, event spaces and assist with audiovisual equipment.
