MinterEllison is seeking a Client Services Assistant in Sydney to join our Corporate Services team. You will support Reception, Events, Hospitality, and Workplace Services to deliver a remarkable client and visitor experience.

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, you’ll help ensure seamless front-of-house operations, arrange catering, and assist with meeting room tech. A proactive team player with a customer-centric mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, client services, reception, or a customer-facing role where service excellence is at the heart of what you do.
• Polished, professional presentation with strong communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hospitality and catering services across our Client Floor and meeting spaces.
• Create a welcoming and seamless experience for clients and visitors from arrival through departure.
• Provide Reception and Café support when required, ensuring consistent service across front-of-house operations.
• Act as first point of contact for meeting room technology and AV support, coordinating escalation as needed.
• Manage catering supplies, stock control, ordering, invoicing and sourcing new products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain operational procedures, resources and rosters to support service consistency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a flexible, collaborative culture across Corporate Services.
