MinterEllison is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our Corporate Services team in Sydney. You will deliver hospitality on the Client Floor, assist with reception duties, and help run events to create an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.

A team-first mindset and comfort with technology are essential. Experience in hospitality and client-facing roles is valued, with professional presentation and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, client services, reception, or a customer-facing role where service excellence is at the heart of what you do.
• Polished and professional approach with excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a calm and positive presence.
• Team-first mindset; understand great service comes from great teams and helping colleagues when needed.
• Confidence working with technology and willingness to learn new systems, including workplace/booking platforms.
• Barista skills would be highly regarded.
• Reception experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Deliver professional hospitality and catering services across our Client Floor and meeting spaces.
• Create a welcoming and seamless experience for clients and visitors from arrival to departure.
• Provide Reception and Café support when required, ensuring consistent service across front-of-house operations.
• Act as first point of contact for meeting room technology and AV support, coordinating escalation as needed.
• Manage catering supplies, stock control, ordering, invoicing, and sourcing new products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain procedures, resources and rosters to support service consistency and continuous improvement.
• Support a collaborative, flexible culture and assist teammates during busy periods.
