Job summary

Bolton Clarke is hiring for part-time and casual cleaning roles at a Tweed Heads South facility. You’ll help maintain high cleanliness standards in resident areas, laundry, and common spaces, contributing to a safe, hygienic living environment.

We value reliability, shift flexibility, and good time management. Previous hotel services experience is desirable, with valid Australian working rights and a police check or willingness to obtain one.

• Maintain infection control practices.
• Restock cleaning trolleys as required.

About this location:

Raffles, a 95 bed residential aged care facility located in Tweed Heads South near the beaches of the Southern Gold Coast. Close to several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community services

The Role - Part time and Casual role available

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people's lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times

Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors

Dusting, polishing and general tidying

Cleaning bathroom facilities

Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room

Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.

Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

Previous hotel services experience (including laundry) desirable

Willingness to take direction from others

Reliability and shift flexibility

Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
