Job summary

Bolton Clarke’s Winders Lodge in Banora Point, NSW, seeks an attentive cleaner to support our aged care residents. You will keep all areas spotless, assist with general tidy-ups and maintain high infection-control standards while engaging with residents and families daily.

Previous aged care or hotel service experience is desirable. We value reliability, flexible shifts and good time management to help our tight-knit team deliver exceptional everyday care.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks; complete a National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

The Role:
