Job summary

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities – Lismore NSW is seeking dedicated staff to maintain high cleanliness standards across the facility and support residents with personal care where needed. The role involves cleaning floors, bathrooms and resident areas, and ensuring infection-control practices are followed in a busy aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to take direction from others

• Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required
