Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking dedicated staff to join our Sandbrook facility, Burleigh Waters, on the Gold Coast. You will help maintain clean, hygienic living spaces for residents, support a safe care environment, and ensure infection control practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Pre employment checks; complete a National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

About this location:

Sandbrook, a 109 bed residential aged care facility located in Burleigh Waters. It is near the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, as well as several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community servicices.

The Role:

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people's lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
