Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Patient Support Services staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Support rostering, leave management, and staff development within approved staffing levels.
• Provide leadership and promote teamwork while ensuring mandatory training is completed.
• Investigate service complaints, prepare operational reports and contribute to quality improvement.
