Metro North Health in Brisbane is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead production staff in delivering safe, efficient services in our production areas. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain food safety standards, coordinate maintenance of equipment, and support a 10–20 FTE team.

• Oversee equipment maintenance and respond to faults promptly.

About you

• Professionally supervise, coordinate and support staff working within production areas to ensure safe, efficient and effective service delivery (10-20 FTE)
• Directly supervise staff in the performance of operational duties and provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support.
• Maintain production areas to the required standards of food safety, cleanliness and repair in accordance with legislative requirements, food safety standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Oversee the safe operation, maintenance and repair of production equipment and utensils, ensuring resources are available to support service delivery.
• Ensure equipment faults are identified, reported and managed through approved maintenance systems to maintain operational efficiency.
