Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in land lease or residential communities.
Understanding of the residential building journey from plans to handover.
Strong relationship and communication skills with customers.
Organised with attention to detail in approvals, timelines and workflows.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Guide customers from design selections through construction, settlement and handover.
Be the trusted contact for homebuyers, providing timely information and managing expectations.
Coordinate site visits, customer events, and handovers with Sales, Builders, Project and Marketing teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and support settlement forecasts through risk management.
Contribute to a strong pipeline of communities and homes through partnership with teams.
