Job summary

Stockland is seeking a customer-focused Home Specialist to join our Halcyon team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. You will guide homebuyers through finishes and handover, ensuring a seamless journey from selection to settlement within our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay communities.

You’ll coordinate design appointments, manage site visits, and build strong relationships with customers, sales, construction and community teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer care or administration.
• An eye for colour, design and detail with an interest in helping customers make selections for their new home.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through finishes, colours, build updates and handover.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits and documentation during construction.
• Build relationships with homebuyers and keep them informed on next steps in their journey.
• Support homeowner handovers, community events and customer engagement activities.

We're Looking For

A customer focused Home Specialist to join our Halcyon team on a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract. This is a unique opportunity to guide homebuyers through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives, from selecting finishes and colours through to handover and settling into their new community.

There is potential for this opportunity to be extended or become permanent in the future.

What You'll Do

• Join Stockland Communities' Halcyon business, supporting homebuyers through every stage of their new home journey while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• This is based across our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay communities, partnering closely with sales, construction and community teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Coordinate design and colour selection appointments, organise site visits, provide build updates and manage customer documentation throughout the construction process.
• Build strong relationships with homebuyers, answer questions, resolve issues and ensure customers always know what comes next in their journey.
• Support homeowner handovers, community events and customer engagement activities that contribute to homeowner delight, advocacy and referrals.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in customer service, customer care or administration
• Experience in property, construction or design preferred but not required
