Job summary

Stockland's Halcyon Coves in Burpengary is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of multiple homes, ensuring quality, safety and homeowner satisfaction on site.

You will lead end-to-end delivery from site start to handover, coordinate trades and suppliers, manage budget and schedule, and uphold high construction standards. You’ll build strong relationships with homeowners and foster a collaborative, safety‑minded team culture on site.

Qualifications

• Experienced Site Supervisor in residential construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and WHS requirements.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple homes from site start to handover.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Maintain high construction standards and compliance.
• Build relationships with homeowners throughout construction.

We're Looking For

An experienced residential Site Supervisor who can confidently manage multiple homes through all stages of construction, while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent opportunity at Burpengary.

What You'll Do

As part of the Residential Construction team, you'll manage the end to end delivery of homes from site commencement through to homeowner handover.

• Manage multiple residential builds simultaneously
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure homes are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Maintain high-quality construction standards and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the construction journey
• Complete handovers, defect management and post settlement inspections
• Support site safety and foster a positive team culture

You're passionate about residential construction and take pride in delivering quality homes and outstanding customer experiences. You thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy working closely with trades, suppliers and homeowners to achieve successful outcomes.
