Job summary

Stockland is seeking a customer-focused Sales Professional for land lease communities in Melbourne. You will guide customers through home and community choices, manage inquiries through deposit and settlement, and build strong relationships while using Salesforce to drive a healthy sales pipeline.

Collaborating across Sales, Development, Operations, Marketing, Design and Customer Service, you will balance empathy with commercial judgement to meet conversion and settlement targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales, ideally within land lease or related communities.
• Experience qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline through to settlement.
• Strong questioning, listening and presentation skills to tailor information.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through home and community decisions while contributing to targets.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through deposit and settlement.
• Develop a proactive sales pipeline using Salesforce and follow up opportunities.
• Build referral opportunities with customers, community groups and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Operations, Marketing, Design and Customer Service.
