Job summary

Stockland is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of multiple homes within our Halcyon Promenade community at Burpengary, QLD. You will manage end-to-end delivery of new homes, from site start through homeowner handover, while maintaining safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

In this full‑time role you’ll coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor cost and schedule, and build strong relationships with homeowners to ensure a smooth, on‑brand experience

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, WHS and regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and trades.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

We're Looking For

An experienced residential Site Supervisor who can confidently manage multiple homes through all stages of construction, while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent opportunity at Burpengary.

What You'll Do

As part of the Residential Construction team, you'll manage the end to end delivery of homes from site commencement through to homeowner handover.

• Manage multiple residential builds simultaneously


• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers


• Ensure homes are delivered safely, on time and within budget


• Maintain high-quality construction standards and compliance requirements


• Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the construction journey
