Job summary

Stockland is seeking a people-focused community operations leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance across a portfolio of lifestyle communities. You will lead a high-performing Community Management team, build relationships with owners and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive property, retirement living, community management or hospitality experience.
• Proven people leadership experience across geographic locations.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship building capability.
• Experience managing a portfolio of assets preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred.
