Job summary

Energybuild is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and jobs from first contact through to installation and follow-up. You will work closely with homeowners, builders, installers, Sales and internal teams to handle service requests, quotations and CRM records.

You will respond to enquiries by phone and email, log and track requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare quotations, maintain CRM data and identify process improvements to enhance customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations coordination, sales support or administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries across phone, email and CRM.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Calm, professional and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from homeowners and builders by phone and email.
• Log, prioritise and track service requests.
• Coordinate customers, builders, installers and internal teams.
• Confirm site readiness, access requirements and product availability.
• Monitor job progress and follow up outstanding actions.
• Prepare customer quotations and process sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
