Job summary

Smart Energy is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Operations team with appointment scheduling, sales verification, and installation bookings. This onsite role in Waterloo requires coordinating between Sales, Customers and Installation teams and handling site information collection.

You will join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and help ensure quality control before installations while liaising with internal teams and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality environments.
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules, and inquiries across multiple channels from Sales Managers and Leads.
• Ensure sales quality control through live verification before booking installations.
• Prepare installation delivery by collecting site information from Energy Specialists or customers.
• Liaise with Salesforce IT to troubleshoot issues raised by Energy Specialists.
