Job summary

Development Careers is seeking an experienced sales person to sell contract and custom housing to owner-occupiers from a beautiful Aura display. You will be supported with leads from advertising campaigns and their database.

We are looking for people who want to succeed in a supportive environment with a builder that delivers around 100 homes per year in SEQ. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in property sales for contract or custom housing.
• Computer literate with experience using databases.
• Presentable with an outgoing personality.
• Energetic and able to take on the company vision.
• Able to understand how to site a house on land.
• Good understanding of SEQ hot land estates and their requirements.
• Professionalism and excellent ethics.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell contract and custom housing to owner-occupiers from Aura display.
• Utilize campaigns and provided leads to close sales.
• Commit to weekend work as required.
