Job summary

ABC Homes is seeking an enthusiastic New Home Sales Support professional to assist in engaging customers at Adelaide displays and support the broader sales team. You will help qualify buyers, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries to drive sales opportunities.

Based in Adelaide, this role involves weekend work and maintaining display presentation. Previous experience in home building or retail sales is valued, with a driver’s license and reliable transport required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position or a customer service, sales or retail environment.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and customer focused.
• Experience within home building or related industry desirable.
• Driver's license & own transport essential.
• Experience working with IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting display homes, delivering an outstanding first impression and customer experience.
• Qualify prospective buyers and connect them with New Home Advisors to support the sales journey.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, following up customer enquiries, and progressing sales opportunities.
• Provide professional support to customers by responding to queries and resolving issues or escalating where required.
• Maintain display home presentation standards, including opening and closing procedures and stock replenishment.
• Support the sales team through accurate preparation and administration of sales documentation.
• Utilise CRM and sales technology platforms to manage customer information and support sales activities.
• Maintain house and land package information and assist with lead generation and sales reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey and timely processing of paperwork.
