The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, residential construction or real estate experience is a plus, and you must be available on weekends and public holidays as part of a 5-day roster.

• Residential construction experience or real estate experience is a strong plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Weekend and public holiday availability on a 5-day roster

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers entering display home centres and maintain the home centre
• Qualify clients and leads
• CRM database management
• Booking meetings for Home Consultants
• Conduct market research and report trends
• Provide feedback on customer visits to Manager & Sales Consultants
• Understand marketing material and assist with sales administration
