Job summary

Hudson Ridge Builders in Geelong is seeking a motivated New Home Sales Professional to join our local sales team. Based in one of our Display Homes, this full-time role includes weekend work and involves guiding clients from initial contact to signing contracts, using our tools and marketing resources to succeed.

You will build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, maintain the display center, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding our family values and

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in housing or related industry.
• Ability to read and understand architectural house plans.
• Strong selling, negotiating, and active listening skills.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on needs and satisfaction.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Full Australian driver’s license and working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: manage end-to-end sales from greeting display home visitors to contract.
• Relationship Building: build relationships with industry partners, land developers, real estate agents, financiers, and the local community.
• Target Achievement: set, track, and exceed sales targets.
• Display Home Presentation: maintain presentation standards reflecting our core values.
