Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a proactive sales-focused candidate for a Home Sales role in New South Wales. You will learn from an experienced team and support the sales process across display homes, confirming client needs, updating the CRM, and handling administration.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, residential construction or real estate experience is a plus, and you must be available on weekends and public holidays as part of a 5-day roster.

About the Role

If you are looking to kick-start your new home sales career within Residential Project Homes (did I hear earning potential of $300k+++??), this role is for you.

OR, if you have worked within the project homes industry supporting sales consultants or within a customer service role and are a superstar in this area, this role is also for you!!

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside an experienced Home Sales Consultant, you will kick-start your sales career learning from experienced sales guns. The project home builder you will represent has a long-standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.

In this role you will be working across:

• Meet & greet of all customers to enter the display home centres & home centre maintenance
• Qualifying all clients and leads
• CRM database management
• Booking meetings for Home Consultants
• Market research
• Reporting on trends and providing feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants surrounding customer visits and feedback
• Understanding of marketing material
• General sales administration support

About You

You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment. You will also possess:

• 1-2 years professional experience within a customer service / sales role & environment
• Experience within residential construction is a MUST / REAL ESTATE experience also attractive
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Available to work on weekends & public holidays (you will work a 5 day roster with your days off being weekdays)

Remuneration & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of around $65K+superannuation.
