Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a caring Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the Taree area. You will offer companionship, assist with daily tasks, and monitor clients’ health, ensuring dignity and privacy. Flexible shifts and local travel are available to suit your availability.

Ideal candidates will have Cert III in Aged or Disability Care, First Aid, and a willingness to obtain an NDIS check. Sponsorship and permanent opportunities may be offered to the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
