Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team in Johns River NSW 2443. You will provide person-centred care, offering companionship and practical support to help clients live with dignity, comfort and independence.

Responsibilities include light household duties, monitoring health, documenting services, and ensuring privacy and safeguarding at all times. Sponsorship and permanent opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
